I am moving more into Auto-immune diseases and so an extension of food intolerances activating the immune and neural systems. All health starts in the gut and how it interacts with the rest of the body.
Auto immunity can affect any tissue of the body. Often there are multiple tissues targeted, which can make the diagnosis a challenge and difficult.
When clients have multiple symptoms it is important to make extensive considerations, change our eating, stress management, relationship interactions.
Auto-immunity is not gender specific, all of us may be susceptible to immune reactions and alterations.
The triggers are stress, strong negative emotions, self dislike, nutrient deficiencies, environmental toxins, food triggering the immune system, prescribed medication, viruses, surgery, hormonal imbalances etc.
It may be reversed, with dedicated care, including self care, nutrition, emotional triggers, and a host of other things.
Please do consider this before our body progresses to far down.
