AMine Foods and the immune system

Amine - A naturally occurring chemical in many foods.  Increases in the aging process as the amino acids, and DNA change creating amine and its associated chemicals in the produce and triggers histamine release in the body. So, think of older meats, processed meats, cheeses, yoghurts, more ripe fruits, vegetables, some nuts and so chocolate are part of this. Non fortified red wines, the more intense the more amines present.  They are added to condiments to increase flavor, as they hit the tongue taste receptors which give that rich deep taste.  Want to see what Amines can do, check out the image below and be amazed..
If you have any of these symptoms - the outer boxes, then you need help to get your immune system back on track.  Some symptoms not listed here are emotions including anger, rage, depression, anxiety and extreme fatigue.  Why - becuase they alter the brain's barrier layer, increasing movement of a number of chemicals that really should not touch the neurons directly. 
Solution:  Limiting foods high in amines, and allow the body to detox.  Digestive enzymes can be helpful for some people.  Probiotics to help with the leaky gut damage as a result of increased cell gap weakening.  Test and see what your primary trigger foods and amounts are and allow your body to heal.   Water, lots and lots of alkaline water.

When food is directly triggering internal stress and messing with the mind

Those who have worked with me in the past know my thoughts on this.  It is a complex area of physiology and health.  The body is pretty much a closed loop, until we break the cycle.  The food we eat > changes body chemistry > which in turns talks with the nervous system and if needed the immune system.  

Add to the soup mix that when we digest foods, we must have good stomach acid, so those taking ant-acids or are mineral deficient run into the first hurdle  People who are fast eaters, or are not mindful of what they are eating are not giving their stomach a chance to make good, healthy stomach acid to do the job at hand - breakdown proteins, kill bacteria and tell the rest of the digestive system what is coming down next.  Result: under digested proteins putting more stress on the small intestine; bacteria entering into the small intestine and creating the environment for SIBO or IBS!
Solution:  Mineral therapy with a reduced trigger foods for approx 2 months.  A prescription of probiotics to help reduce gut irritation, and monitoring emotional and food triggers.
