This is my attempt of a synopsis of a profound book describing how body chemistry changes in response to emotions, drugs, food, memory and the release of the negative impacts with forgiveness, insight and vibration resonance. Showing how Eastern Philosophy of meditation, Western Visualization, Religions' prayer and intent, Letting Go and Letting God, combined with food, drink, exercise all working together to create a healthier mind and body. Ok, so, last week I mentioned this amazing piece of work by a Scientist. Yes, she is (was) a biomedical researcher for the US government's NIMH. this is a high profile and very respected position and I will hazard a guess similar to our CSIRO. What makes it so intriguing to me is the scientific basis presented for a number of different things I have been looking into for years.
I come from a religious back ground, and not shy about this, I also believe in Metaphysics, Quantum Physics and the associated phenomenon that occur when people put their mind to work, pray, meditate, trust and 'tap into' divinity. While this really is a complex discussion for another time, possible a set of seminars, let me say there is scientific evidence for those who need it, how emotions work, how the energetics of the body changes state, and like magnetic attract and dispel people, circumstances and the like. It is even easier now to show how we as individuals can change our world by our thoughts, and intent. What I get so excited about this is because for many,
SO, let me put this to you.... if we are, as according to quantam physics a bundle of energy molecules resonating/vibrating at a frequency which projects density that we can see, feel and touch. We see it playing out in like friends hanging out together; Birds of a feather flock together, like minded people work well together, etc. the vibration of various things resonates with can be altered by different things. Water can be manipulated to be gas, wood burns and transforms to ash and smoke, as does our body. Walk into a room where an argument has occurred and many will sense it. Watch someone laughing, and we start to laugh. See a sad thing and our hearts go out to them. Our being, and our emotions can easily be changed by what we see, hear, do or have a sense about.
Give organic matter - animals and plants the correct nutrition and we can transform from diseased, small, unproductive things into blossoming transformed back to life. Show plants, and animals touch, talk and even music and they change again, last longer in the positive energy of love and interaction.
How about us, what do humans do when they are cared for and nurtured. We know children grow up to be well rounded adults, high achieving adults tend to do visual meditations of out comes and create it in the reality; people who have a community - friends, family and connection live happier, more fulfilled lives. All that I have mentioned does not guarantee disease free, as disease is caused by so many different things. I also believe that disease can be a life lesson experiences from which we can learn to be true to our highest nature, love and forgiveness. Just think of the number of people who comment on accidents, illness etc was a blessing because it gave them the option to look at their life and get real with it.
