Completing this task may also prompt you to ask for help by qualified people in the areas of the gap. For instance, if you noted your finances trigger stress, then talking with a financial adviser, or even doing a budget may help. Another one to consider help with is family and relationships. As human beings we are generally social people who draw strength from hanging out with people we like, admire and relate too. If this is a gap, (like it was with me), then asking for help to identify why and how to work towards your preferred level of interaction is a very helpful thing.
