The first week of January is over, half way through the second. It is hot, definitely Summer has kicked in. Its uncomfortable to exercise, the cold drinks are looking good, as is the ice cream and easy eats, because you don't need to do much. Sound familiar? You are not alone.
Resolutions are a good starting point, but how does one stay motivated to continue when the chips are down, and older habits are looking rather tempting?

Take time to self care by learning what is important to you, describing what all this looks like and then strategise how to bring it together. This process may require some help and tailored guidennce to meet your personal needs and that is perfect.
